These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of YardLineIQ (the "Service"). By using the Service, creating an account, or purchasing a pass, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
These Terms incorporate our Disclaimer and Privacy Policy by reference. In the event of a conflict regarding the nature of our content, the Disclaimer controls.
YardLineIQ provides NFL analysis, statistical trends, betting education, calculators, and opinion-based picks against the spread. Everything we publish is for entertainment and informational purposes only.
We are not a sportsbook, a gambling operator, a financial advisor, or a licensed investment professional. We do not accept wagers, hold customer funds for betting, or place bets on your behalf. Nothing on the Service is a guarantee of any outcome, and past performance does not indicate future results.
To use the Service you must:
Verifying the legality of sports wagering in your city, state, and country is your responsibility alone. We do not verify your age or location, and we do not endorse illegal gambling in any jurisdiction.
Access is sold as a one-time pass for a fixed period:

Passes do not automatically renew. We do not store your card for future charges, and you will not be billed again unless you choose to buy another pass. When your pass expires, access simply ends.
If you purchase an additional pass while an existing one is still active, the new period is added on top of your remaining time rather than replacing it. Buying a shorter pass will never reduce access you have already paid for.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card details. Prices are in US dollars and are determined by us at the time of purchase; posted prices may change, but a change never affects a pass you have already bought.
Access is granted immediately on payment, and picks are time-sensitive content that loses its value the moment it is delivered. All sales are therefore final, except as described below.

To request a refund, email admin@yardlineiq.com within 7 days of the charge, including the email address used at checkout. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
We do not offer refunds because picks lost, because results did not meet expectations, or because you did not use the access you purchased. Losing bets are an inherent risk of wagering and are not a defect in the Service.
Refunds end access. If a purchase is refunded, the access time it paid for is removed and any active login sessions are ended immediately. If you hold other unrefunded passes, that time remains intact.
If you dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer, access purchased with that charge is revoked immediately and any active sessions are ended, pending resolution of the dispute. We ask that you contact us first — most issues are resolved faster directly than through a dispute.
Access is tied to the email address you provide at checkout, so please enter it carefully. If you mistype it, contact us and we will correct it.
Your access is personal and non-transferable. You may not share, resell, republish, syndicate, or redistribute picks, analysis, or any other paid content, whether free of charge or for payment. You may not scrape the Service or use automated means to extract content.
You agree not to:
We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms — including by sharing or reselling paid content, or by initiating a chargeback on a valid purchase. Where we terminate for a breach, you are not entitled to a refund of any remaining time.
You may stop using the Service at any time. Because passes do not renew, there is nothing to cancel.
All content on the Service — including picks, written analysis, trend data, calculators, and the YardLineIQ name and branding — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property law. Purchasing a pass grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, revocable licence to view that content for the duration of your access. No other rights are granted.
We aim to keep the Service available and to publish picks in a timely fashion, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service may be unavailable for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control. We do not guarantee a minimum number of picks in any given period.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, YardLineIQ and its owners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any gambling losses, lost profits, or lost opportunities arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Betting should be entertainment, never a way to make money or recover losses. Never wager money you cannot afford to lose. If gambling is causing harm to you or someone you know, help is available:
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will change when we do. Material changes will not apply retroactively to a pass you have already purchased. Continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
